Tata Rachel delivers to 35 countries in the world. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the countries to which we deliver:


France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Emirates, Mexico, Perù, Dominican Republic, China, Spain, Hong-Kong, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao, Monaco, United Kingdom, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Russia, Pakistan, Kuwait, Israel, Switzerland, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, and the USA.

What are the different delivery methods and the associated times and costs ?
 

Hong-Kong Standard national delivery by SF EXPRESS

All brands present on Tata Rachel Market Place have their own terms of delivery which are indicated in their product description.

Each brand is responsible for their product's delivery.


Deliveries of Tata Rachel's (the brand) products are made within 48 hours from Monday to Saturday morning, excluding holidays. Your order is delivered to the address indicated on your order form. In case of absence upon delivery, a delivery receipt will be left so that you can retrieve your package at the nearest Post Office. Packages will be held at the Post Office for a period of 15 calendar days. If the customer has not collected the package before the end of the period indicated by the carrier, the products will be returned to the sender.


Rest of world

International delivery by UPS and TNT

All brands present on Tata Rachel Market Place have their own terms of delivery which are indicated in their product description.

Each brand is responsible for their product's delivery.

Deliveries for Tata Rachel (the brand) products are made within 1 - 2 weeks from Monday to Saturday morning. Your order is delivered to you upon simple signature at the address indicated on the order form. When filling out the order form, care must be taken to clearly indicate the conditions of access to the delivery address (door code, building, floor), as well as a telephone number where you can easily be reached. In case of absence upon delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating the time of his next passage. You may call the UPS or TNT client service to arrange for a new, more convenient delivery date. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to the indicated address, products will be returned to the sender

Please note: The delivery times that we indicate are those that are generally observed. No reimbursement of delivery charges will be made should the delivery times exceed those indicated. The total delivery time is composed of the availability of the product + the forwarding time relative to processing and preparing the order + the delivery time with regard to the carrier and the country of destination for the package in question.

For articles which are not immediately available, the waiting period for the article in our warehouse is indicated on the relevant product schedule. To this period must be added the delivery time of the carrier which you have selected.

We want to give you specific information regarding shipping costs. Even without identifying yourself or creating an account, you can visualize the exact amount of shipping costs in your shopping cart simply by selecting the country of delivery prior to validating your order.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to place of delivery and total weight and volume of ordered articles to ensure the most reasonable rates possible.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

 

Within 48 hours after your purchase on tatarachel.com, you will receive an email

from Tata Rachel  including your invoice and your tracking number in order to follow the process of your delivery.


What happens if no one is present to take delivery of the package?
 

In case of absence, FS EXPRESS will leave a notice of passage in your mailbox which will enable you to retrieve your package according to the carrier’s explicit instructions. Packages will be held at the Post Office for a period of 15 calendar days. If the customer has not collected the package before the end of the period indicated by the carrier, the products will be automatically returned to the sender.

In case of absence for deliveries by UPS or TNT, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating the time of his next passage. The customer may call the UPS or TNT  client service to arrange for a new, more convenient delivery date. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to the indicated address, products will be returned to the sender.


How is my order packaged?

Tata Rachel’s products are packaged in a packaging stamped with the Tata Rachel logo and repackaged in a plain, unmarked carton with no mention of Tata Rachel on the delivery label in order to discourage eventual theft.

 

Each brands has it own packaging.

What should I do if the package I receive is damaged?

Upon delivery, you must imperatively verify the conformity of the package.

If the package seems slightly damaged, you may accept the package, signing for it and carefully noting any reservations you might have on the delivery slip with as much detail as possible (damp or wet package/opened package/damaged package, package presenting dents or tears, sounds of breakage, possibility that the product inside the package may be broken or deteriorated …). The reservations noted on the delivery slip will be indispensable for eventual claims in case of damaged products.

If the package is very badly damaged, you must refuse it and note the reason for your refusal on the delivery slip (package refused because already opened or heavily damaged during delivery process).

An article is missing from my order, an article is damaged or there is an error with a product: what should I do?

In case of a problem with your delivery, contact the Tata Rachel client service as rapidly as possible to inform them of any anomalies using our email contact@tatarachel.com  from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

RETURNS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

For specific product shipping and delivery procedures, please see Shipping and Returns. Please read these sections carefully. The information provided in these sections forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, consequently, shall be considered to be fully understood and accepted by you at the time your order form is sent.

RETURNS

1. You may return products purchased on TATARACHEL.COM without any penalty and without specifying the reason within seven (7) working days of receipt of the products purchased on TATARACHEL.COM.

2. To cancel your contract with TATARACHEL.COM, we invite you to send the products you do not wish to keep within seven (7) working days of receipt of the products to the sender.


Return costs must be paid by the customer. If your package should be lost, TATARACHEL.COM will not be held responsible and will not refund the cost of the products included in the package.

3. The right of return – in compliance with the terms and procedures described above – is considered to be correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

 

THE RIGHT OF RETURN

1. Products must not have been used, worn, washed nor damaged.

2. All labels must still be attached to the products.

3. Products must be returned in their original packaging (if you wish to return a kit, it must contain all the components).

4. Returned products must be sent to TATA RACHEL in a single delivery.  TATA RACHEL reserves the right to refuse products that were originally sent in a single order but that are returned separately. If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in paragraph 3, TATA RACHEL shall refund the sums paid for the returned products, net of any shipping costs for delivery to you of the purchased products.

5.  TATA RACHEL shall refund the sums already paid for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs for the delivery to you of the purchased products only if the products are returned for reasons that may be the fault of TATA RACHEL, e.g., in case the products do not have the promised essential characteristics, have manufacturing defects, or have been erroneously delivered. In this last case you may use the return form.

6.  TATA RACHEL  shall refund sums already paid as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which  TATA RACHEL became aware of your decision to exercise your return right. We will promptly start the procedure for refunding the sums after having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with, as indicated above.

7. In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in paragraph 5 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to TATA RACHEL. Nevertheless, you shall be entitled to receive the products in the condition in which they were returned to TATA RACHEL at your own expense.  If you do not wish to receive the products in the condition in which they were returned to us, TATA RACHEL may legally keep the returned items as well as the sums already paid for their acquisition.

 

REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES

1. After the products have been returned, TATA RACHEL shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions indicated in the return section. When TATA RACHEL is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, TATA RACHEL shall send you confirmation of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail.

2. Whatever the payment terms used for your purchase, the refund procedure shall be initiated by TATA RACHEL within thirty (30) days from the date when TATA RACHEL is apprised of your decision to exercise your return right, after verifying that the return right has been correctly exercised and that the returned products are accepted.

3. If the recipient of the products as indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for said products, the sums paid shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment by TATA RACHEL.

4. The currency exchange rate for the credit shall be the same as the currency exchange rate of the original debit; consequently the Consumer shall not be penalized with regard to bank interest.

GOVERNING LAW

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

 

AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time, in consideration of new laws and regulations but not limited thereto. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on TATARACHEL.COM.
